Implementation

Application of the standard under real constraint.

Implementation is the point at which sequencing discipline is applied under real constraint.

The standard is not interpretive once deployed. It governs how capability is introduced, structured, and validated in practice.

Implementation applies to both organisations deploying capability and fractional professionals structuring engagements.

The objective is operating alignment before permanence.

Implementation Context

The standard is applied within organisational and consultant environments where:

  • Capability decisions are time-constrained
  • Cost commitment carries irreversible risk
  • Structural complexity affects sequencing accuracy

Application maintains correct decision order under these conditions.

For fractional professionals, implementation means applying the standard within the structure of the engagement itself - defining scope, cadence, validation, and continuation in sequence.

Implementation Pathway

Greenlight provides one implementation pathway through which the standard can be applied in live environments. Its role is not to reinterpret the standard, but to support its application within real operating conditions.

Application Approach

Implementation follows the defined sequencing logic:

  • Constraint is diagnosed before capability is deployed
  • Outcomes are defined prior to cost commitment
  • Minimum irreversible capability is applied first
  • Cadence is structured deliberately
  • Validation precedes any decision to scale

Application is assessed against adherence to the sequence.

Authorised Pathways

Application of the standard is delivered through authorised pathways.

These pathways ensure:

  • Sequencing logic is applied in full
  • Principles are not partially implemented
  • Governance is maintained throughout application

Unauthorised or partial application may degrade sequencing discipline.

Accreditation Pathway

A formal accreditation pathway is in development.

Accreditation will align with maturity stages and validated application of the standard.

Further details will be published in due course.

Implementation does not alter the standard. It applies it.
