The standard is reviewed and evolved in response to structural change.
Amendments are made where sequencing logic, application, or governance require refinement under observed conditions.
Version 1.0 establishes the initial definition of the standard.
Subsequent versions reflect validated evolution in application.
No change is made without observed need under real conditions.
Application of the standard is delivered through authorised pathways.
Unauthorised modification or partial application may degrade sequencing discipline.
The standard is applied as a complete system.
Governance ensures the standard remains controlled, consistent, and applicable under constraint at all times.
